I often had problems in my stomach before like bloating, burning, nausea, pressure in the upper abdomen, excessive burping due to gas, and cramps. Those painful experience took me 1 month before I went to the doctor and undergo endoscopy. My doctor found out that I had gastritis and some bad bacteria so he prescribe me antacids, inhibitor and antibacterial tablets and had to avoid certain foods like fatty acids, milk, and acidic foods for a month. Eight days after taking the tablets and avoiding those foods I feel much better and taking a zip of boiled ginger once a while feels much more better this because ginger has its natural medicinal benefits.

Wow! this is what i have been looking for, i have the same problem with my stomach. Thx babybrownfox.
The first thing I reach for is Ginger whenever I have a cold or flue, in our household it is a stock item as I tend to use it quite often in cooking.
Wow! A medicine that tastes so much better than what the doctor would prescribe. I knew it was good for some of these symptoms but I never even thought about it helping a fever.
I take fresh ginger root every night with hot water and lemon. It's the best for you.
My 5 year daughter and 10 year son like this beverage with honey and lemon
Does luyang dilaw(ginger)can be used as insecticide???

Ginger is great for the digestion. I remember my mother giving me gingerbeer whenever I had the stomach flu as a child. Now, as a trained aromatherapist, I just use the essential oil! Orange and peppermint are also worth noting for their anti-nausea properties.
